 Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delays:  Please note that there may be delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues that are beyond our control. We are committed to keeping you informed and will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders. All orders are processed and shipped by our AliExpress drop shipping suppliers. 

Shipping method: Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 20 - 40 days.

We also ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@resilientgadgetz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
